It is with deep sympathy that I extend my condolences to Susanne’s family.

Having had the privilege of working alongside her for the past 20 years, I came to know Susanne not only as a consummate professional but also as a true friend.  Her leadership, insight, and unwavering dedication left a lasting impression on everyone she worked with.

I spent countless hours in her office—brainstorming solutions, navigating challenges, and sharing many good laughs.  I was always amazed when she would reach into her “archive of folders” and pull out a document from 15 or more years ago that was somehow still relevant to our conversation.  We always had to laugh at that.

Her knowledge, preparation, and level of engagement were truly unparalleled.  Susanne was deeply respected within the ELANTAS Division and across the global ALTANA organization.

I will forever cherish the memories of our many interactions and the wisdom she so generously shared.  She will be deeply missed.
