Personal note from Susan's Family

Hello everyone. As you may be aware, we were forced to cancel the April 5th Friendship Park memorial service due to COVID-19. After watching how the pandemic persisted and waiting as long as we felt we could, we decided to abandon hopes for an in-person memorial. We chose instead to hold a limited audience, virtual celebration on the evening of May 30th over Zoom. We felt it was the best way to show our love for Sue and to bring us all some closure and peace. The Zoom event was attended online by Sue's family and very closest friends and we were able to share thoughts, stories, photos and videos in an open yet intimate setting.

While we were unable to open the Zoom meeting to a wider audience as it occurred, we recorded the memorial in its entirety and have uploaded it to YouTube. Now, we would be honored to have you view it any time you're so inspired.

The link to the YouTube recording can be found below. Additionally, we are providing a link for you to share photos, videos, or other tributes to Sue and her life of kindness and good humor. We will be compiling these submissions into a larger Memorial Archive which will be made public in the months to come.

Thank you again for the love and friendship you showed to Sue during her lifetime, especially during the many years of her affliction.

-The Lello Family
