Steven David Rasch, 62, of New York, passed away on May 9th, 2021.
Steven was born on October 30, 1958 to Roberta and Vernon Rasch in Portsmouth, New Hampshire; residing in Freeport, Maine. After graduating from Freeport High School, he went on to earn his Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts at Roger Williams University, Bristol, Rhode Island. Steven spent the majority of his life in New York, living in both White Plains and Manhattan.
