I was shocked when i learned Steven loves Film / Movies. Films no one has heard of. Films most people wouldn't understand. Films that would make most people run out of the theatre in fear and confusion. He saw the humor no matter where it might be hiding.  Steven and Brionna are the only people I've met who watched 16 gigs of movies that I put on a thumb drive for them. I should be honest and say some of the movies they asked for I hadn't heard of. But don't tell anyone.

Steven was a great friend who taught how to be outgoing in public tennis Cts .We enjoyed tennis times, skiing trips to Sunday River , time in Newport  at the HOF  and  lady Gaga Concert at Fenway .Rest in Peace Steve

My deepest sympathies for your loss. During this difficult time, remember the comforting promise found in God's word at Revelation 21:4: "He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore." This hope of a future free from suffering can bring a measure of peace as you grieve.

My sincere condolences to Steven's family and friends. I've been playing tennis with him for a while now and he's just been the best person. Such a fun game every time. It's always accompanied with laughter and great banter. He will be sorely missed.
Ben was a person who truly valued family, and had a way of welcoming others with his personality.  My connection with Ben was forged through two things we shared in common, sports and a strangely similar sense of humor.  Ben knew that life was too short to be too strict or serious, and he would frequently make funny observations about people and situations.  A few years ago, Ben surprised me with a birthday card and gift that literally came out of nowhere, which included  a Christmas CD of the Tabernacle Choir.  Ben knew I loved Christmas tunes, and his thoughtfulness and generosity will be greatly missed.  I'll miss the twinkle in Ben's eye when he saw people he loved.

I am so sorry to hear of Ben’s passing. I was fortunate to have met him once and was impressed with his kind and friendly nature.  We met at a birthday gathering and he easily made everyone feel comfortable and included.

Sending condolences to his loved ones!

Such a great light at Nob Hill.   And very sad for all his family. Enjoyed talking sailing with him. Already greatly missed

My sincere condolences to Steven’s family, friends and loved ones.  It had been my pleasure to know him only for the last few years as a very good tennis player and player with him serval times, including the week prior to his sudden passing.  I enjoyed playing with him so much!  I was in awe of his abilities and the ease in which displayed that ability.  In our conversations I discovered he lived on a boat and would always see him cruising around on his bike. To me, he seemed to be living “the life of Reilly”, the quintessential beach bum lifestyle to which so many of us aspire!

Peace to you Steven and peace to all those who loved and care for you.

Family Reunion
These are photos from family reunion 2005 photo book courtesy of Rayanne his mother. One of my favorite things about Ben, Greg & Mike was how much attention they paid to their young cousins during these family gatherings. Most boys their age would have been off doing their own thing, but these guys included the little cousins helping them to feel a part of everything. I wonder if they knew how much admiration our little ones had for them because of their kindness. They did not see them much, but always found time to spend with them when they did, I cherish those memories! When I first met Ben I recall how he made a point to speak to the adults, how polite he was & how protective he was of his siblings. Unfortunately, we have lived on the other coast, so we didn’t have the pleasure of spending time together throughout the years. Ben a beautiful soul taken too soon. You are loved & will be missed! Love The East Coast Nielsons.
I remember Ben as a child and am saddened by the lost opportunity to connect as adults.
