Last time I met Steve in person was in April, he was upbeat about his diagnosis. He shared that, he was worried about his family. I didn't think his time would come this soon. My condolences to the family. Om Shanti.

Steve's strength, intelligence, kindness, and respect were matched by his energy for the unknown. He outworked everyone. I am grateful for the opportunities he gave me.  He is missed.  Thank you.

We are deeply saddened to hear of Steve's passing. It was always a pleasure seeing him at our meetings for the past several years, and his presence in the neighborhood will be greatly missed. Our thoughts are with the entire family during this difficult time.

Anna, Michael, Noelle and family, we are so terribly sorry about Steve.  I can't imagine what you're all going through.  I will never forget all of the fun times at Red, White and Brews or when Steve took me and a friend sailing on the Hudson River when I was living in the city.   He was a wonderful man. May he rest in peace.
