Stephen "Steve" Betts. 67, passed away on Friday, March 29 at the Center for Hospice Esther's House in Elkhart, IN. Steve was born on Sept. 19, 1956, in Carroll, IA to Cleo and Kae Betts.
Steve graduated from Memorial High School in Elkhart, IN. He earned his Business Administration degree from Indiana Institute of Ft. Wayne. Steve honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. He formerly worked for Carrier Corporation in Indianapolis, …
