I just found out about this. It leaves an odd hole in my heart to hear he's gone- like many others, I looked up to him and the other kids on FETCH! as I grew up, wanting to be just like him and maybe beside him on the show. I never got on, but that didn't stop me from rooting for him- he was bright, hilarious, and a cooperative contestant during Season 4. I didn't even know he went on to make music, and I'm definitely listening to it when I get the chance. May he rest in peace and you all recover in time.
Well wishes,
Sky/Ozzy

I don’t know this guy personally, but I remember I was a fan of FETCH and binged watch season 4, and I was rooting for this dude to become the season’s winner. I even saw a TikTok of him and a few of the other contestants recently dancing to the theme. I give my condolences to his parents, as well as the other FETCHers that knew him for his talent and wisdom.
Though I am curious of the cause of death, but you don’t have to classify it if you don’t want to. I wish his entire family the best!

In 2004 when I went to India for a year, some friends including Christian made a video of life at home without me. In this skit, Sterling fills the competitive gap i left.
This video is one of my favorite things. I must have watched it 50 times that year and always appreciated how committed that kid was to the bit

The minute I saw this video, I knew Sterling was Damon’s kid. The confidence, the self assuredness, the oratory timing and delivery. He was his fathers child, and I’m sorry he’s gone too soon.

STERLING ZEN SINGLETARY. I'm still honoring him every night by saying his name out loud as his dedicated loving mother, Laurie requested, and saying a prayer for him to finally RIP. What a beautiful boy you and Damon produced with brains and talent! He would be so honored that so many people admired and respected and loved him and remember him with love and good thoughts. My heart breaks into pieces for you both because I do know how much you loved and invested in his well being. My very deepest, deepest condolences.

Hello Singletary family
I wanted to send my condolences on the loss of Sterling. Like many kids growing up, i watched and known Sterling from Fetch and it truly hurts my heart to know that he has transitioned. Sterling and i are not that far apart in age as i am now 26, to see someone young pass away is a tragedy. I pray that you find peace and comfort during this very difficult time. Thank you for sharing Sterling with us. And may peace be with you and with Sterling on his new journey.
May his life and memories be a blessing to you all.

I am so sad hearing the news of Sterling's passing. I only knew him for the summer he was on "Fetch with Ruff Ruffman". But in that short time I will say that he was a pleasure to work with, and I am happy that I had the chance to do so. Our trip to Florida to film the Fetch episodes down there, is etched in my mind forever! We all froze, in the giant pool, while learning about how sound travels through water. They gave Sterling, and I think Liza wetsuits, and I had to just empty my pockets, and go in to film them, in just my pants and shirt! That water was really cold! He was such a good spirt, and like I said a joy to work with. My deepest sympathies to , Laurie, and Damon, and to all of your family, friends, the Fetch family, and all those who knew him. Peace to Sterling
PS. Somewhere I have the photo of all of us at Seaworld. I think that Laurie might have taken it.

My heart is broken hearing of Sterling and I am so sorry for your loss Laurie and Damon. Sterling was such a beautiful young man whose spirt filled our studio as we filmed him in his starring role in Kickin' Kitchen, a musical comedy cooking show helping children learn about cooking and healthy eating which was on TV in 2015 and distributed in over 25 states! Whenever Sterling was on set, his smile lit up the room and even if we were having a challenging day, he always got the actors, crew and team to laugh. He was an absolute joy to work with and a talented actor. I am just heartbroken to learn of his passing. The world has lost a special soul. With love and support to Laurie and Damon and their families. Love, natasha, (Director/Producer of KickinKitchen - on YouTube). WATCH Sterling who is a star in a episode called, "NO BREAKFAST NO BUENO!" (above)

I cherish the time we spent together, although it was only for a few months. But in those few months we got to know each other. I'm happy that I got to teach you how to cook smoked neck bones in the slow cooker! That became your go to meal! The one thing I'm truly sad about is that we never got the chance to go fishing, you were so excited about it! Just know Uncle loves you and misses so much and I know you will be with me when I go fishing! I'll catch the big one for you! So rest easy Nephew, until we meet again!
