Stephen, 35, of Sparks, NV died suddenly on December 04, 2022.
Stephen was born on January 29, 1987 to Linda and Gary Schoen in San Francisco, CA and was raised in Santa Rosa, CA. In 2012, Stephen moved to Reno to start the Electrician apprenticeship program with IBEW 401. He thrived in this program: short intense instruction, no homework, and doing what he learned. He became a Journeyman in 2018 and worked on several major …
