Stan was born in Tete Morne a village in Grand Bay, Dominica on November 3rd 1950 to father Lexon Joseph Charles and mother Leone Marie George. Stan had a fun and vibrant childhood in Dominica, mainly spent hanging with his brothers but left as teenager to pursue better opportunities in St. Thomas, VI.
