Surrounded by family, Mr. Spot passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 26th at Palmer Veterinary Clinic. Spot was born in Moscow, Idaho on December 18th 2012. He was from a litter of blue merle border collies, and was raised in a doggy daycare and grooming facility. He was later adopted by Richard Scuderi (Ricky), a college student who was working at the facility. They were inseparable, and had an instant connection when they met in …
