Obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Sonia Dismukes, 64, of Mobile, Alabama. She passed away on March 31st, 2025, after a battle with kidney failure and a number of other health challenges. Sonia was born in Mobile, Alabama on February 17th, 1961 to the late Alton Lloyd Simmons and Emily Pauline Simmons (McGinnis).
Sonia grew up in Spanish Fort, Alabama where she was a 1979 graduate of Fairhope High School. …
