Skylar lived in our home for 11 years as a beautiful, happy, spoiled dog. Skylar passed away on June 8, 2023 at 3:15 PM in her home with me by her side.
It was a cold, rainy day in Pekin, IL in October of 2013 when I went to bring Skylar to her forever home. I rescued Skylar so I could train her to be a support …
