Shirley Ray Miller passed away at Oschner of Baton Rouge in the early morning hours on Saturday, November 21st, 2020. She remained in the ICU for the past three days after respiratory issues not associated with COVID-19. After a difficult decision by her family, she was released from life support at 2:45 a.m..
