Shirley's obituary
Shirley was born in Foley, Alabama on May 13th, 1962. She attended Foley High School and later University of Alabama to pursue a degree in teaching. She met her husband in 1983, just before her 21st birthday. They married 3 years later and moved to French Settlement, Louisiana to be near family. She is survived by her four children, Paul, Darcy, Jackie, and Jenny, her 7 grandchildren, her husband Dan, and her only niece Rhonda Efferson Rayborn. She is preceeded in death by her parents James and Willa Harper and her sister Janet Efferson.
Memorial Services will be held Tuesday, November 24th, 2020 from 10 am. to 1 p.m. at Pine Rest Cemetery in Foley, Alabama.
