2023, 4th of July Celebration

I hadn’t seen Shirley in possibly decades. Dave and I would joke a lot about her nickname for me, “Johnny Cakes” when we were younger. When I saw her briefly at a 4th of July celebration, it seemed she was identical to how I remember her in those earlier years. Same infectious smile and charm. We will miss you.
