It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Shirley Ballance, who left us on April 29, 2023. Born on June 25, 1935 in Trenton, New Jersey to Frederick and Helen Ehret, Shirley lived a vibrant and fulfilling life. Having moved to Waretown NJ as a small child, she grew up helping her parents run Scoops Restaurant & Clam Bar. In her twenties, she began working as Deputy Town Clerk at Waretown Town …
