Sherry Joy Klein, 74, of Damariscotta ME, passed away on September 1, 2024 at Miles Memorial Hospital.

Sherry Joy Jackson, born to Shirley Fiske and William Jackson in Portland, Maine. Sherry was the oldest of five siblings. Sherry’s youth was spent in South Portland, Maine. In 1967, she graduated from South Portland High School where she was a majorette and had a ton of fun with her tight knit group of friends.

Thank you for taking such good care of me when I was a sick child.
Thank you for being my bestie in high school.
Thank you for being the cool Mom and adopting every one of my friends.
I'm sorry you struggled throughout your life and especially with Dementia at the end of your life.
I am so happy that you are not in pain anymore and I hope you are dancing and having a good ol time in your new travels.
