sheila ann murray jeter ,77, of dayton,oh , passed away on december 24, 2021 after a hard battle with alcoholism.
sheila was born on march 3, 1944 to ruth bailey osborne and ronald anthony murray in dayton, ohio. After graduating from Roosevelt High (RHS) Class in 1962, she went on to study african american culture at Coppin State University .
After graduation, she landed her first job as a secretary for caterpillar for 30 years …
