I'm so grateful for all of the time I got with her, but it will never be enough.

Look before you, am I there?
Gaze behind you, did I exist?
Or was I just an imaginary feather
that tickled your heart?
And as a bird's feather, it was easy for me to fly.
Aimlessly I searched for nothing.
Discovering only what glided before my path.
I am not a spirit,
yet I have no form or features.
I possess neither love nor hate.
I am transparent as a piece of broken glass,
Non-existing in your presence.
Belonging nowhere.
For I am not of here.
