Sharon Lucille Williams was born on September 10, 1946, in Vancouver, Washington, to Melvin Rose and Joan Sloan Gallatin. She graduated from Hillsboro High School (’64) and spent her life throughout the Portland area, with most of her years in Hillsboro and Forest Grove—communities she loved deeply and served faithfully.
