So many friends, coworkers, family members, and acquaintances who knew Shannon have shared their thoughts and prayers and time during her diagnosis. Some of you visited, brought gifts, shared your time with her when she needed help at home and the hospital, or helped with the kids and the daily activities. Others sent well wishes from afar, and for all of this, we are so incredibly thankful. Every thought, prayer, gift, and visit made this battle a little bit easier for her and her family as she fought til the bitter end. Even though she has now finished her battle with cancer, we know that she is at peace and pain free. Thank YOU!

Shannon Elizabeth Aldrich Pohlman entered her Heavenly life on December 19, 2023 after a heroic

battle with triple negative metastatic breast cancer. As in true Shannon form, she leaves a legacy of

strength, compassion, and kindness.

Shannon’s remarkable Earthly life began July 23, 1982 in Newport News, Virginia. She is the daughter of

Sherri Robinson Aldrich and Jeffrey Aldrich. She is a 2000 graduate of Tabb High School where she
