I never met him in person and yet the interactions I had with him through his livestream will stay with me forever. So many great memories will live on through the community he created. All of us shared many laughs together and at the center of this was Shalit's unique brand of humor and the cast of characters and guests he would bring on. In addition to making us laugh Shalit had a positive attitude and level head that brightened everyone's life and inspired us to make the most of things, never to despair. I offer my prayers for and my sincerest condolences to his family and friends. I hope the knowledge of how many peoples' lives he touched will honor his memory forever.

I have a lot to say about Shalit. Even though I never met him, he would inspire me and drive me to do better every single day. His streams would brighten my day every single time. I remember the countless jokes we've had over discord and twitter that would never get boring. He was quite the fan of anime much like me and we would share our thoughts on the shows we watched together. I still remember how I would start my day with a cup of coffee and a stream of shalit watching JLP in the background. I will forever miss him and I would not give up any of the interactions that I've had with Jordan for anything. Now he watches over us, so God bless him, God bless his family, and God save us all. Amen.

I love Shalit, his outlook was admirable. I can remember him responding to messages that were pretty depressing and he wouldn’t let it stand for a second. He wanted them to snap out of it; that there were better things to focus on. He was no cheap optimist, he had an honest demeanor that was rich & refreshing. I cherish people like that and he did it well. Many people who were able to interact with him know he was a calm but influential force. Luckily I was able to eat a meal with him and chat, both of us surrounded by our friends. A truly memorable moment of a soon to be historic event. Shalit was lively and energetic, yet also cordial and gentlemanly. A man worth of one’s trust. God bless him and his family, they raised a great man.
