Background
Shalit loved the idea of saving children. Lately in this world we have seen an unfortunate rise in child trafficking and if you knew Shalit at all you know it was the one thing he was willing to risk his career talking about. It only seems fitting that we use this celebration of his life to donate money in his name to the Save the Children charity.
