Shaheed Penn-El, 51, of Rockville, MD, passed away on July 10, 2022 after a fatal car accident.
Shaheed was born on December 30th ,1971 to the parents of Sharita Young and Raheem Abdul Penn-El in Washington DC. After graduating from Eastern high school in 1988, he went on to study Criminal Justice at UDC After graduation, he landed his first job as a probation officer for 31 years.
