My father, Serafin, passed away recently. I hope, despite his chronic illness, that he passed peacefully. I have rewritten his obituary to highlight the man I knew as my father. I recreated his memorial site to allow our entire family to grieve freely and appropriately, and to let our whole family know of his passing. My prayers go out to all of our family, friends, sisters and brothers in arms, coworkers, and other people who crossed paths with him. I pray that we can find peace and closure in our relationships with Serafin and cherish the memories we shared with him. Serafin's legacy lives on through his children, a reminder that there can still be love in all things.
