Scott ("Scotty") J. Telgman passed away on January 13 at La Paz Regional Hospital at the age of 67. He was born on March 12, 1954 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to Bernard and Leone Telgman. Scott is survived by his loving sister snd brother-in-law,Nadine and Michael Johnson of Old Saybrook, Ct., 2 caring nephews, and 5 loving nieces.
