sScott ("sScotty"

Scott ("Scotty") J. Telgman passed away on January 13 at La Paz Regional Hospital at the age of 67. He was born on March 12, 1954 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to Bernard and Leone Telgman. Scott is survived by his loving sister snd brother-in-law,Nadine and Michael Johnson of Old Saybrook, Ct., 2 caring nephews, and 5 loving nieces. Mr. Telgman was pre-deceased by his parents, Bernard and Leone Telgman, and his sister, Diane Souder. Scott was a proud member and officer of the Parker Eagles Club, also serving as the club's chaplain, and loved impersonating "Santa Claus" at the club's holiday parties-- a role that "Big Scott" was well suited for. He and his friends enjoyed fishing trips on the river, playing pool and darts at the club, and were often ready volunteers to help raise funds or provide help for many charitable causes.

He was employed at the Parker Community Senior Center where he and many dedicated staff worked tirelessly during the pandemic , providing nutritious ,essential meals to seniors through the grab-and-go and meals on wheels programs during a time when so many places were closed because of the Covid shut-down.

Scott leaves a legacy of scores of cherished and loving friends, whom he considered and always referred to as his family.
He was laid to rest in the Parker Community Cemetery, surrounded by many of his beloved friends at the gravesite.
