Sandy Herman passed away on Sunday, Feb 7, 2016, after a long illness. He is survived by his wife Lucy, his children Thomas, Shaun and Lisa, and grandchildren Tommy, Tyler and Shawn.
Sandy was born in Savannah, Ga. and raised in New Jersey. He held a great love of baseball. After high school he tried out for the NY Yankees and made the team but failed their physical. For the next five years he played …
