Sandra "Sandy" Speer née Eason 58, of Mattoon, IL, passed away on May 28, 2022 after an 8 month battle with metastatic breast cancer at Sarah Bush Lincoln Hospital.
Sandy was born on February 23, 1964 to Alva and Goldie (Long) Eason in Charleston, IL. She is survived by her husband Kip Speer, three kids Tracee Tate and her husband Matt Tate, Gracie Speer, Tanner Speer, her sister Freda Wheeler, and two grandkids Lorelei Warren …
