Sandra (Sandy)  Arbuckle, 68, of Rock Hill, SC passed away peacefully after a courageous 8-year battle with ovarian cancer on July 25, 2022. She was surrounded by her family and loved ones. Sandy grew up in Noblesville, IN. Sandy and her husband Royce have lived in multiple cities throughout their marriage but Savannah, GA was her favorite.  She worked as a payroll specialist for her entire career and enjoyed many adventures with the love of her life, Royce.  They created memories that will surpass a lifetime. 

Sandy will be dearly missed and always remembered.

Sandy was predeceased by her parents, Edward and Thelma Collins of Noblesville, IN. She is survived by her husband, Royce Arbuckle: daughter, Mindi Moore (Tishner):  brothers; Reg Collins (wife Connie) and Jeff Collins (wife Debbie):  sister, Becky Issacs(husband Brian):  granddaughters:  Aleah (Ralph) Vollono (husband Nick), Bailee Moore. 

 Sandy is also survived by other family members she held dear: sister-in-law/best friend, Connie Collins: nieces; Amy (Collins) Klink (husband Luke), Karen (Collins) Bickel, Katie Collins: nephews, Matt Collins (wife Megan), Scott Collins (wife Tara): great nephews; Matt Klink, Collin Bickel, Keaton Bickel, Cole Bickel: great nieces; Zoe Kilnk, Jaysi Klink, Isla Collins. 

Sandy requested a celebration of life be held in her honor as opposed to traditional funeral services. We request all of Sandy’s loved ones to join us in celebrating her beautiful life at Forest Park Inn in Noblesville, IN on Friday, August 12, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A family dedication will take place at approximately 6:30 pm. Per request of her granddaughters, colorful attire is encouraged.
