Sandra (Sandy) Arbuckle, 68, of Rock Hill, SC passed away peacefully after a courageous 8-year battle with ovarian cancer on July 25, 2022. She was surrounded by her family and loved ones. Sandy grew up in Noblesville, IN. Sandy and her husband Royce have lived in multiple cities throughout their marriage but Savannah, GA was her favorite.
