On December 14th 2018, at the age of 73, Sandie Christina Perkins of Calgary, Alberta, passed away peacefully in her sleep with family by her side. Sandie had been suffering from terminal heart failure after a heart attack 18 months ago left her in declining health. With determination Sandie continued to live at home independently until her admittance to a hospice at the end of November.
