Our deepest sympathy in the loss of Dad. It is so hard to loose a parent, specially one who was so loving, supportive and a cheerleader for your endeavors. He will be missed.
Dear Pam and boys. I truly adored your dad and expected him to outlive his dad. He was a super guy and will be misaed. My son has never forgotten going sking with Sam and his dad. I am so sorry you lost your dad. He was a lovely man
Sam and I met 38 years ago(over the phone) through a mutual friend and work mate. He taught me (over the phone) that whatever the circumstances, there was a way to overcome. We did not meet physically until 2 years later. Melvin Richardson.

I, like many, if not all, owe my opportunity for a professional career and my professional success at Procter&Gamble to Sam's pioneering leadership. Please be consoled by the fact Sam left an enduring legacy for those of us who knew him and for those yet to come. May rest in peace.

I offer my heartfelt condolences upon hearing of Sam Moore Sr. Passing! May he Rest In Peace🙏🏽
I met Sam as a young P&G manager when there were not many Black executives at P&G! Sam was so charismatic, smart and serious about making a difference! Sam had swag before the word existed I think ☺️and I admired the way he represented himself, his family and the communities he lived in! I can still remember that out loud laugh when many us thought you were supposed to quiet at P&G! He was a pioneer, trailblazer ,mentor and great leader!
RIP Sam Moore Sr.

Great man and mentor. Will be missed by all.
Sam will be missed he was a remarkable man. Sam and my husband, Mylum were high school classmates in Milwaukee. They remained life long friends. Sam was Best Man when Mylum and I were married.

In addition to being an accomplished man in business, the light of his life were his three children Sam, Jerome and Pam. He kept my husband updated on there many accomplishments. We will miss him my prayers are with his children you were so loved by your father 🙏🏾.

My sincere condolences to the family of Sam Moore, Sr., a man of great character and accomplishment. Our friendship spanned decades across Sacramento, Cincinnati, and Washington DC where his daughter Pam and my son were classmates at Howard U. Over the years it was clear that Sam’s greatest and proudest accomplishment was as a father. While I’m very saddened that he is no longer with us, I am comforted by the assurance that Pam, Jerome, and Sam Jr (whom I knew but never had the pleasure of meeting in person), will continue the powerful legacy of their loving dad. Rest In Peace, dear Sam.

Our heartfelt condolences to the Moore family. Barbara and I are longtime friends of Sam and his family from his early Milwaukee years. Sam was a best friend and confidant of our brother Al Holloman. Sam was there as we knew he would be for Al; providing support and comfort during his final days. We will always love the memory of Sam and appreciate the impact of his loss to his family.

God bless you and the family. I met MR Moore and the Moore family on a western Mexico cruise. He was the most loving and caring father I have ever seen. He will be missed.
Jerome, Pamela and Sam, you all have my love and prayers. It was a joy to know your dad. It's been 38 years since I first had the honor to meet him. He was always on the go, but would still keep us in line! I've only seen him once since then and was happy he knew who I was. He will be missed. I love you all 🌹🌹🌹
I enjoyed his optimism of the Cincinnati Bengals. During our Sunday Football watch parties we could always count on him to include the Bengals as winners. One year the Bengals got hot and he was winning week after week. As he won, he was never shy about letting us know. I remember him counting his money over several of those weekends right in front of us pocketing it and strutting out to his car to go home.
He was probably thinking the whole time: “ I do not need to go to Vegas, I got my kids and their friends.” I also remember one of those times when Pam was considering imposing a “House Tax” on the winnings. He was very good at getting that idea tossed out.

We will miss him and his wonderful spirit!
Dear Pam, Sam Jr., and Jerome,
I just learned of your father's passing from Mrs. Ann Richburg of Cincinnati, OH. I am so sorry for your loss. Your father was a pillar an inspiration to our community in Cincinnati. He was also a great friend. I know my father (Dr. James Kegler) deeply appreciated his support and friendship and looked up to him. My mother (Helen) respected him and had great care/concern for the three of you as his children. You were our closest neighbors growing up in Greenhills in the late 70s before your briefly family moved away to Sacramento for a few years.
A few former members of Jack & Jill in Cincinati would like to reach out to you and offer condolences. If you would like to reconnect, my

Sam, words cannot begin to express how sorry I am for your loss. In reading the obituary and with all of the stories that I have heard about your dad, he was truly a trailblazer whose legacy will live on in the many lives that he has touched. May all of your precious memories bring you peace and comfort in this moment and in the days ahead.

‘In living a life with such integrity, honor and brilliance, it illuminates a light that will never dim.'

My sincerest condolences and continued prayers for you and your family on the passing of your beloved father, Samuel Moore Sr.
