Samuel “Sam” Haycraft Mashburn Jr, age 82, of Louisville, KY, passed away surrounded by his family on February 3, 2023 at Baptist Hospital Palliative Care in Louisville, KY after a long fight with cancer and Covid complications.
Sam was born in Suffolk, VA to Samuel Haycraft Mashburn Sr. and Dorothy Elizabeth (McAdams) Mashburn on October 14, 1940. He attended Louisville Male High School, the University of Louisville and graduated from Western Kentucky University with a …
