It is with profound sorrow that we inform you of the passing of Samuel "Sam" Vergara Concillo on July 19, 2022 at 1:06 am in  San Francisco, California.   

Sam will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 34 years, Lourdes Manzano Concillo, children Suzanne and Thomas; sister Teresita Concillo De Marzo (Roberto), brother Robertino Vergara Concillo (Manuela (Ella) Lachica), nephews Patrick Concillo, nieces Elaine de Marzo Robins (Gregory), Aisha de Marzo and Karla de Marzo (Oluseye Olayanju), cousin David Concillo Fleming,  as well as relatives and friends.

Sam was predeceased by his parents Carlos Iguidez Concillo and Virginia Vergara Concillo.

The Commital Service for urn internment will be held on Friday, August 12, 2022 from 11:00 sharp to 11:30 am at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 1000 El Camino Real, Colma, CA followed by lunch at 12:00 noon.   Restaurant details will be confirmed shortly.
