I was [shocked and devastated] when I heard the news of Samuel's passing.

Sam's death was a tragedy taken too soon, but his life was a gift, Sam taught us to seize every moment and be kind to one another and to never take a single day for granted. 

Losing Sam has devastated our family and his absence is something we feel every day may you rest in peace dear Nephew.

I didn't know Samuel, but came across his memorial post on the RAF association Facebook page, as I am a RAF daughter. I'm so sorry to hear of the sad news, but I hope you find comfort in all the love everyone has for you and for Samuel, and I hope you manage to carry on with your lives with him in your heart. He sounds like he was full of joy and fun, and he would love for this to continue. I've thought about him alot, as he passed away on my 27th birthday. I will think of him every year. Best wishes ❤️
