Sally was born in Alvord Texas, the daughter of Martin Henry Frye and Cecile (Patterson) Frye. Sally has been married to Richard "Dick" E. Gallagher since July 14, 1962. After they married they immediately moved to Arlington where they had two sons, Richard M. Gallagher and Robert W. Gallagher. She is survived by her two sons, her grandchildren Nicholas Gallagher, David Gallagher, Jessica Gallagher, Grant Gallagher, Ryan Gallagher and Lauren Gallagher and her sisters Martha …
