Ruth Timmsen, age 92, formerly of Wilton, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, in Stockton, Iowa.
Ruth Audrey Phelps was born in Atalissa, Iowa, on March 21, 1933, to Glen and Laura (Weikert) Phelps. She married James “Jim” Timmsen and together they made their home in Wilton. Ruth worked for many years as a bank manager before retiring and opening a cleaning business. She also made and sold fleece blankets alongside Jim at …
