Ruth Ann Mcmurtrey Phillips was born on June 6, 1945 to Gertrude and Elson Mcmurtrey She was the youngest of 9 children She was raised and got her education in copan ok. Ruth married Monty Weiss in 1966 and had one child Elizabeth She divorced in 1982. She met and married her husband of 33 yrs Billy Paul Phillips they made their home in copan and stayed their till their passing. Ruth was a very …
