Beloved daughter, sister, wife, mom, grandma, and friend, Ruth Eileen Therese Moan Brandt entered the sunset of her life on earth March 3, 2020. This was 11 days before the COVID19 Quarantine. That being so, the Memorial planned for March 15, 2020, with a St. Patrick's Day theme, as she was 100% Irish, needed to be postponed...until July 25, 2020, outdoors.
