As a child, Roy Carney IV had a spark that lit up every room he walked into. He was full of energy, curiosity, and laughter, always eager to explore the world and connect with others. Roy had a creative soul—whether through music, art, or working certain jobs he found unique ways to express his feelings and experiences.

Roy was deeply loved by his friends and family, who saw the kindness and sensitivity behind his smile. He had a special way of making others feel seen, often reaching out to support those who were struggling—even when he was quietly fighting his own battles.

Throughout the ups and downs of adolescence, Roy worked hard  and had hopes for the future—dreams of travel, of making a difference, and of becoming someone he could be proud of.  

Roy’s untimely death  has left a hole in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him. It is a tragic reminder that the challenges people face today are real and often hidden beneath the surface. No one is immune, and every life lost is one too many.

In Roy’s honor, we are committed to raising awareness and supporting organizations that offer resources, compassion, and hope to love one’s and families facing similar struggles. Our greatest wish is that Roy’s story may help another person feel less alone—and choose to reach out for help.
