Dear Hayden Family,

We are heartbroken to hear of Rowan’s passing. We fondly remember Rowan from being in class with William over many previous school years. Rowan’s kindness, heart, and huge smile were contagious. May our Lord wrap you in peace and provide comfort to each of you as you navigate the hours and days ahead. Please know how much you are prayed for and thought of. We are so deeply sorry.

Sending you all our love during this extremely difficult time. Rowan was an amazing friend to Landen and everyone who was blessed to know him. His smile lit up a room and his easy-going personality was a true joy to be around. May you find comfort and peace in knowing Rowan's spirit will continue to live on in everyone he touched. We continue to hold you in our thoughts and prayers.

Rowan was a very sweet kid to be around he was a loving kid who loved his friends and his family. When my mom first told me that he passed I went straight to my room crying because he was the nicest person I have ever met in this world. Hanover High School Loves you and we Miss you Rowan

Rowan was a student in my class his freshman year at Patrick Henry. What a brilliant young person. Rowan was incredibly smart, kind & respectful, and an excellent writer. He was truly capable of any task set in front of him and willing to tackle it head on. His passing is a profound loss to his peers, school community, his friends, and his teachers.

I had only 2- recent interactions with Rowan as he worked our International Disciples Depot events with his Youth Group.  It was obvious he had a gift of service to others; and certainly a leader as I watched others follow him like the piper. In these very short moments,  I could tell his gentle soul cared for those around him.  May the memories of others comfort you knowing he had an impact on us, too. I pray for your healing.
