If the wand chooses the wizard, then the dog chooses the owner. Rosebud was born sometime around 2010 in Corpus Christi, Texas and was surrendered to the local pound for being a counter surfer. Through serendipity Rose was spotted by a local who was looking for a beagle to keep Buddy the family beagle company.
