Rose Marie Williams was born to Mae Frances and JT Williams, Sr. on October 11, 1961. From that union Rose had four brothers and one sister; Larry, JT, Jr., Charles, Cynthia, and Gerald Williams. She was raised with strong family values that shaped the person she became and was preceded in death by her beloved parents and two older brothers Larry and JT, Jr..
