ROOSEVELT "SCOTTIE" SCOTT was born March 30, 1945 in the city of Augusta, Georgia ( Richmond County) to Parents Margaret Hunt and John Willie Lewis. He was the youngest of three to their union.

He served 4 years in the US Navy. Stationed at Da Nang Vietnam aboard the USS Wiltsie ( DD-716) Naval Destroyer Battle Ship. He loved cooking and fishing with family and friends. His most enjoyment was fixing anything electrical for others. …
