Obituary
Ron Winkler, son of Edward and Rowena Winkler, was raised in Kentfield, Marin County, California. He went to Sir Francis Drake High School when it was a brand new school, and then furthered his education at College of Marin. He enlisted in the United States Air Force and served at Edwards Air Force Base among other places. He worked on helicopters at the time, and later when he'd been discharged he learned to fly them. …
