Ronald Herbert Moyer, also know as “Pops” was a fun loving, courageous man, and proud of his military service. He was born on May 22, 1945, age 78 in Allentown, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Herbert and Margaret Moyer. He was 1 of 3 children. He passed away peacefully at Manatee Memorial Hospital and was in hospice care, February 29, 2024. The family is eternally grateful to the cardiac ICU nursing staff for their …
