Ronald Evans, 79, of Clarksburg, MD, passed away on April 03, 2023 from complications of Alzheimer's disease. Ronald was born on December 13, 1943 and raised in Cumberland, Maryland by Chester and Jeanne Evans. He later attended Allegheny High School where he played football and baseball. He went on to play on the first football team at Frostburg State University where he majored in Education. Ron married his high school sweetheart, Scarlett Wilson in 1963. …
