Ronald Elmer Obituary

Ronald Neil Elmer sadly passed away February 26, 2024. Just a few weeks shy of his 82nd birthday.

Ron was born on March 13,1942 in Manchester, New Hampshire, to Edward and Clara Elmer. One of three siblings, Kenneth, and Carol.

Ron grew up and attended school in Chittenango, New York, graduating in 1961. He married Dianne Fitzgerald in 1965, welcomed two children, and went on to a career in Real Estate.

Ron lived in Chittenango for most of his life and was know for his love of local history and genealogy.  He had a passion for antique cars and was a member of the Manulis Car Club.

Ron a loving father, is survived by his two daughters Stephanie Schnabel (Bill) of Suffield Connecticut, and Roxanne Elmer of Eugene Oregon . Dianne his former wife also resides in Eugene.

A graveside service will be held to honor his life, at Oakwood   Cemetery in Chittenango, at a date yet to be determined.
