Romeo Resurreccion Esteves, 86, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2024, in the comfort of his home and the quiet beauty of his rose garden in National City, California. Born September 12, 1937, in the Philippines, Romeo was a proud U.S. Navy veteran, a deeply devoted father, and a generous soul who found his truest joy in nourishing those he loved.
